Returns Policy
Hawley's Bicycle World will accept returns as long as the goods are returned in unused and unopened condition and reach us at the address specified below within 15 days of receipt of your order. Shipping costs on returns will be paid by the customer.
You must contact us at sales@hawleysbicycleworld.comfor the correct returns procedure and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.  Any and all items returned without a valid RMA will not receive a refund and may be return shipped at the purchaser's expense at the discression of the Operations Manager. There are no refunds for shipping, packaging, insurance or handling fees.

Return of Special Order Items
We currently do not accept returns for special ordered items.  If you have an immediate need to request a return, you may do so in writing to the address below.  This request is not a guarentee that we will accept a return for the special ordered item(s).  Each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis. In the event your request is approved, you will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price. Any and all returns must have a copy of the RMA.

Incorrect Items
If you have received an incorrect item it may be returned for exchange or refund. In an instance where an incorrect item has been received, Hawley's Bicycle World will pay for the return shipping only if the item is to be exchanged for the correct one, otherwise a refund will be credited for the purchase price only.

Warranty Items
Please note that  manufacturers warranties DO NOT cover shipping costs and these are normally paid by the consumer. In genuine warranty cases Hawley's Bicyle World will ship the repaired product or replacement product free of charge to the customer. The customer will only be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to Hawley's Bicycle World.
